Our Mantra
We follow the child and consider the whole child in how we design each day. Our curriculum brings together social-emotional development, hands-on learning, and strong academic foundations. Our Model
For us, less is more. Our model is shaped by intentional decisions about the size of our spaces, our classes, and our teams, so that learning can remain focused, sustainable, and aligned with our mission over time.
Our teachers act as guides with the autonomy to adapt and respond to the children in front of them. Our lab schools function as learning labs, microschools, and modern one-room schoolhouses rooted in multi-age, family- and community-centered environments.

Founded in 2009, Meridian Montessori is a boutique preschool and kindergarten rooted in whole child development and family-centered learning. It reflects a deep and sustained commitment to a thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment designed to meet the developmental needs of children ages 2.5 to 6.
Founded in 2016, Meridian Micro School reflects a deep and sustained commitment to whole child well-being and student-led inquiry. Classes combine hands-on learning and community experiences, guided by the Montessori philosophy.
Meridian Micro Farm is a student-run micro farm, learning lab and urban Erdkinder in Cincinnati, Ohio. It serves students age 12 and up, including those preparing for and attending dual enrollment College Credit Plus programs.
